After much trial and error

After much trial and error, what you see before you has now arrived. I’ve done the whole blog thing before, with a short running effort that I named ‘this boy,’ so called after me, still a boy, soon to be approaching my sixteenth birthday, even now. In the end, I didn’t find the time to update and it finished all too promptly for my liking. But, for the most part, I enjoyed journaling the personal events of my life on the net. I found it an amusing hobby, to begin with. Here I aim to start anew, with a base to recall my struggling through the furlong that is the final year of my GCSE’s, where I want to go with my career after that and other such guff that I find interesting.

For now, we’re supported by wordpress.com, a most handy service whom offer, would you believe it, word press free of charge – the generous sods. The design, unfortunately, is not my own. I’m still in the stages of picking up the language that is web design and despite a keen understanding of HTML, I’m fairly undeveloped when it comes to CSS. So, for the time being at least, I’ll be using a theme created by the hands of Phu Ly, a chap who I’ve always admired when it comes to the web design art for he’s rather brilliant in that respect and has the whole simplicity thing down to a key.

That’s all you need to know, for now. Be safe in the knowledge that we’re just starting out and will hope to be around for a while yet. I’ve yet to establish exactly what this blog is about, hence why that particular section is, at the time of writing, blank, but I’ll be seeing where my imagination takes us, and I’ll work from there.
